Corporate Waste Utilisation

Over recent years, the development of increasingly complex and onerous environmental legislation has placed greater responsibility upon manufacturing companies. The impact of the Energy Saving Opportunities Scheme (ESOS) Regulations and other statutory schemes derived from  European Directives mean that what were once seemingly benign waste products or co-product streams, now have an economic impact upon organisations' commercial activities.

Rejuvetech specialises in the analysis of such streams with the objective of elucidating a commercially viable solution to reduce waste production, extract by-products and recycle in an environmentally friendly and more cost effective manner. To this end, proof of product, concept and development stages are undertaken, taking into account the commercial sensitivity of the process at all times.

Recent projects include:

• Purification of contaminated solid and liquid and gaseous streams of material resulting in income generations instead of financial penalties
• Identification of process energy recovery
• Avoidance/reduction of hazardous chemical species in existing and/or proposed novel processes
